You can terminate your subscription at any time, there is no prior notice period. After termination of the subscription, you can continue to use Showmaster PRO until the end of your current license term.

To terminate your subscription, you have three options:

1) Use the link in your license email

At the time you purchased your license, you received an email with the subject "Your Showmaster PRO license key".
That email contains a link to terminate your subscription.

2) Terminate your subscription directly from Showmaster

• In the Showmaster app, open the general menu on the top right corner and select License Manager.
  
  
• Then click Terminate Subscription and confirm your termination in the browser.
  
  

3) Contact Paddle

If your license is not set up in Showmaster and you cannot find your license email, please contact our reseller Paddle.net, to relate your payment and terminate your subscription.
